Shipping policy
We use a variety of shipping methods that are offered by several shipping companies. We reserve the right to use any of these companies to fulfill your order, at our discretion. Please note that we may require a signature for delivery at our discretion.
Most 'in stock' items will be shipped the same day. Any orders placed or paid for after normal business hours will be shipped the next business day.
Additional Shipping information
Please contact our Support Dept. for special shipping needs, or any additional information that you may require. Tracking information will be provided for your review on-line, by logging in to 'My Account' on our web site. Additionally, you will be notified by email when your order is shipped.
Damaged Shipments
Should your shipment arrive damaged or abused in transit, it is best to refuse it and make a notation of that fact with the delivery person. Please notify us immediately by contacting our Customer Service Department.
Non-USA buyers
We do not currently offer shipping to Non-USA buyers.
