Refund policy

All products sold by us are covered by our Return Policy. We accept Merchandise for return within 30 days of the original invoice date. Your purchase may be returned for refund or exchange for the same or a different item. All returns require an RA# (Return Authorization), and the following terms must be met:

- In the case of any product(s) being returned for any reason(besides defective), the returned item(s) must be complete, in original factory condition and in re-saleable condition, with all packaging materials, inserts and manuals, blank registration card(s), intact UPC codes and all accessories. When the item is shipped back to us it, please do not tape or write anything on the item or its original packaging!

- Customers are responsible for shipping and insuring their package, at full value. Shipping must be with a reputable carrier with an on-line tracking system. Packages lost, stolen or damaged during a return to us are the responsibility of the customer. All items returned for repair/replacement will be returned to the customer at our expense.

Return of defective products
Any defective product returned within 30 days of purchase date is eligible for a free prepaid label and may choose to receive a refund or replace their item. If more than 30 days have passed since the purchase date, the buyer will be responsible for shipping the item in for repair/replacement under warranty, at their expense. Once received and evaluated for exchange, the repair/replacement will be shipped back to the buyer at no additional costs. 

Refunds
All returns for refund may be assessed a restocking fee based on the condition of the return. Any refused packages may be assessed a restocking fee, taken from the product's value.

Shipping and handling charges are NOT refundable. Items that were sold with free shipping will have the amount paid by our company to the shipping carrier deducted from the refund amount. Please allow 3-5 business days for your refund to be processed. All refunds will be issued in the same manner that payment was received.

Holiday return policy
Our 30 day return policy will be extended for the holiday season each year. All purchases made from Thanksgiving Day through Dec. 24th, will have until January 24th of the following year to return a purchase under our normal return policy procedures.

Please allow approximately 2-3 business days for your return to be processed once it has arrived at the warehouse.
